Are we sure though? We're not exactly Japanese. I mean, TV tropes come from some real world experience somewhere.

Well, relationships are about compromise, so maybe try texting her more. She might appreciate the effort you're putting in on that front. PLus, if you're seeing her less and less at work, if you want to keep talking to her, texting or phone calls may be your only option to keep things going.

Re: FML general thread [8]

Also I'm getting mad tired of people pooing on Evangelion because that's the in thing to do :irked: . Honestly it's gotten to the point where I tend to just refuse to talk to people about it, and that sucks because this show is so discussable. I've rewatched this show like 6 times and each time I f...

I've done plenty of these, so just some friendly advice. Look over everything in the morning, stay calm, and you'll do fine. When you start to freak out is what will mess up your focus.

So, may the Force be with you.

Re: Evangelion Pic Thread 10: The Society for the Appreciation Of The Premium Girl (and her friends)

!!!!!!!THREAD HIJACK!!!!!!!! Watching all those pics makes me wonder: Is there any info on why Sadamoto always draws Asuka with blond hair in his artwork/manga? i mean if there is a meaningful reason for it at all. Well, I think her hair in the manga is more strawberry-blonde than true redhead like...

Re: FML general thread [8]

Just found out a few days ago through a couple of BSOD that my computer's hard drive is failing, and a few other components are getting iffy. Thankfully nothing's been lost and I got everything onto one of my external drives. Still, dropping $1,200 on a new laptop was something I was hoping to avoid...

Re: [FanFic Series] Neon Genesis Evangelion: Legacy

Good evening everyone. Chapter 3 is on hold until next week due to my computer giving me several Blue Screens of Death the past few days. So, until I get my new PC delivered, I can't really do much story wise as my old PC's hard drive is giving out and has read errors out the wazoo, however, no data...

Isn't Pacific Rim just Evangelion with less existential crisis and mommy issues?

Yeah, I got them confused a lot too. I mean, they do kinda look alike. Still, it's a shame Ralphie May did die, I wonder if it had anything to do with his divorce or whatever. My favorite line of his was "anything south of Texas is Mexico" which is just so accurate about how we view South ...
