rebuild is drawn better , nuff said. I like how they are making eva's movments more ragedollish. Goes for what they aimed from the start, a demon barrley under control

"Enormous power restrained", "the image of a demon [oni]", "A giant just barely under the control of mankind".

Frightening as the things in Asuka's flashbacks are, the citations above don't bring rag dolls to mind.

Probably redoing it from the ground up, rather than tracing over the original frames. Like many of the other compared shots were.
