He doesn't specify whether it's for Eva or not but if I Google Translated this just-shared Tweet correctly it looks like at some point in April Shiro Sagisu was in London at Abbey Road Studios with an orchestra recording music for something.
All three of the Rebuilds (and Shin Godzilla too I think) had its music recorded there.

Sagisu lives in Paris, France these days, so maybe he just goes to Abbey Road Studios for all of his musical production needs, and not just the Eva ones? Either way, its close enough to a 2020 release date where finalized Eva-related music score of some kinds needs to be happening soon.

AFAIK Sagisu has always started pretty early working on the soundtracks, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Edit: IF there is some sort of trailer for the film next month, maybe they would plan for new music to go with it? Pure speculation.

What is this Radio Eva program about? Is it just chatting between voice actors? Is it on an actual radio channel?

Khara is screening all three of the Rebuilds at the AnimeExpo in Los Angeles this year.
Since we're coming up on the usual time of the year when Khara lets out some Eva news this might be something or it might be nothing.
Personally I think a new teaser for Eva Final most likely will be attached to the Japanese release of Makoto Shinkai's Weathering With You on July 19th (it's Toho's biggest release this year & Toho is involved with the last Eva film) but these screenings could reveal something exciting!

I would most certainly expect Khara/Toho/Toei to announce something Eva related at an event in Japanese soil, especially at a theater chain that one of the studios actually owns.

The "Weathering With You" thing makes so much sense that I'm sure now that'll be the next source for news.
Let's see about AX though. Maybe something smaller scale.

It could be the case, Wonder Festival 2019 Summer is on July 28th. Maybe they'll once again show a teaser before the movie and publish it on internet a week later (19th > 26th).

Oh wow. Looks like the will be using the Anime Expo screenings to show the first 10 minutes of Final in Paris on Saturday 6th July.

It looks to be a similar situation to what we had with the preview for 3.0, which was the scene of Mari and Asuka battling the tesseract Shinji was captured in. ‘Avant’ is usually first part of a filmscript – as shown in the photo of the script from a few months ago.

They are apparently launching an app on 1st July as well.
