In the process of browsing the internet about Evangelion i've stumbled upon a plethora of images that i just couldn't remember where they came from. Rather than rewatch the entire series in order to find the images that reverse image searches could not, i figured members of the forum could be of some help.
If anyone can point me in the direction of the sources (episode, film, advertisement, etc.) of any of these images it would be greatly appreciated!

#2 is from Episode 19, shortly before Eva01 awakes to destroy Zeruel. (not 100% sure)
#3 is from Episode 22, when Asuka is entering the elevator - before the long "silence" between her and Rei.
#4 is from the end of Episode 16, after Shinji awakes from Leliel attack.

I'm really not sure about #1; 5-7 are not from Episodes of the show I think.

#5 is from the elevator scene in 2.22 (highly edited and compressed or a fan art based on that scene)
#6 is from either a spin off videogame or some publication.
#7 is from episode 2 I think. When Shinji tells Misato that he's okay with living alone 'cause he has always lived alone.

#1 is from NGE but I don't remember the scene.

#4 is 12m10s into episode 6 -- the meal on the trolley is the obvious give-away as to which scene this is from

#1 is from Episode 1, either when Shinji was in Misato's car reading the Nerv book, or when they were going up the diagonal elevator next to the giant Eva tank as Shinji reads the exact same book.

This image is said to have been shown in EoE, but i can't really find a good context for when it would have occurred. Can anyone tell me when this image showed up on screen? it can't be in the opening of episode 25' as that was during the day. Is this just a piece of production art or advertisement that was never shown on screen? if not can anyone tell me when this image shows up?
