I'm loving that you're supporting artists AR-99 by requesting commissions!
So I'm mostly continuing my venture into the Eva digital CDs/games/books world.
Furthermore, I won a bulk auction on a bunch of Eva books, which had like 16 Eva books/misc-items.
I'm only tackling like 5 of them here, will do the other 11 or so later when I figure out what the heck they are.
First up, I got the final two CDs to the Shinji and Friends set (spine-card/obi included!)
This completes the set:
Next up I got the Secret of Evangelion PC version.
I already have this one for PS2 & PSP, but I didn't know a PC version even existed.
I decided to get it in case it had any version differences/extras.
Sure enough it comes with a postcard, what looks to be a mini mouse-pad, and a (I think) different manual.
Next up, I bought the combo pack (bottom) variant of the separately released Rei & Asuka 3D packs (top two).
I wanted to see if there was any different content, and sure enough, they added an extra content CD.
The extra content are scenes of Rei & Asuka together.
Next up, with stuff like Re-Take in my collection, I was like, why the heck not,
and so here are the PC releases of the two official Eva and good friends games.
The information online keeps mixing up these two games,
Lots of places don't even know the version on the right exists.
Left is "Eva and Good Friends"
Right is "Eva and Good Friends: The Stripping Instrumentality Project",
a sequel to the first. Technically they don't flat-out state it's a sequel but they do state it's not a rehash.
Also got the book that breaks down the art in the Eva and Friends stripping games,
and the same book also features scenes (which are much cleaner) from the Shinji and Friends games.
(I've blacked out the NSFW pieces but heads up anyways because Kaworu still looks creepy).
Then there's the Evangelion clipart CD Vol 1.
I didn't bother checking for Vol 2 cause I assume Vol 2 might be a different franchise/anime.
End of Evangelion theater pamphlet/"Red Cross Book."
Evangelion Adam and Eva books:
I don't get these, they're just pictures of the men and women in Evangelion.
Maybe at the time on the internet not a lot of people had a scanner/digital-camera,
so this was the only way to enjoy pictures like this, in a book? * shrugs *
Evangelion Jo for the PSP:
Ayanami Rei raising project 2001 PC version (next to DS Asuka variant which I already had):
(I'm now on the lookout for the 2003 PC version)
Both Evangelion RPG books, though not sure how many there are in total.
For those not familiar, the books have punch-out cards inside them,
and I imagine it's sort of like Dungeons and Dragons.
The book, 2015: The Last Year of Ryohji Kaji.
I got to say, the photographs of life-like Eva scenes in this are rather lovely.
Evangelion Digital Gadget CD: Not sure where this is from, probably included with a magazine or something?
It's sort of like another collector's CD, with apps on it and wallpapers.
I need to check if the apps are unique or collected from other sources.
Sadamoto digital art collection CD.
I wish I knew with what this was packaged, or if it was sold standalone.
In and of itself, self-evident.
