Only in Japan...

Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

This is true.

Also, I really like Number 10.

Yeah, we literally have nothing of our own that isn't borrowed from another culture, there are regional foods, like maybe New England Clam Chowder, but something tells me that's borrowed from elsewhere.

Blonde hair is a sign of delinquency don't ya know. Honestly though what can you expect? Japan isn't exactly known for it's tolerance, political correctness, or acknowledgement of the individuals feelings.

I'm bewildered by the assertion that a rule forbidding the dying of hair is being used to justify forcing someone to do just that.

It's the epitome of irony. Although, when I read the part about asking for proof of it being natural, I'm glad they haven't gone as far as they could have.

My friend who lives in Tokyo says the trains run so efficiently if they're even a minute late they apologize dozens of times and give passengers cards to give to Work/School/Etc. to explain tardiness.

Such a contrast to here in the UK where public transport is usually late and the drivers barely even give a grunt to acknowledge your presence.
