The evangelion_official twitter just announced that the CD version of the 'Shin Godzila vs Evangelion Symphony' will be released on Dec.27; apparently there will be a limited edition that'll come with an exclusive illustration by Mahiro Maeda himself:

The design for the character in that pic reminds me of the original design for Kaworu where he had the bangs and was more overtly influenced by Annos friend Ikuhara.

Though in the Manga it is implied that she could be his sister in some of the spin off Manga's they state that she's his cousin many times removed or she has no genetic relation to him what so ever and some fanfiction writers do spin that her donor egg was from a different mother, so the pairing is not out of question in alternative universes.
