and my anime watching has been rather low lately anyway... *sigh*
(well, I finally finished Berserk, so... that's SOMETHING)

But, with yuri... I dunno. still need to watch that Mnemoysye thingy (whatever the crap it's called)... :\ I will someday.

Ah...I loved Iono the Fanatics...

has anyone read "The Miko's Words and the Witch's incantations" another yuri work by the same author? is it any good?

There's always "Miyuki-Chan in Wonderland" for copious amounts of CLAMP-filled yuri-goodness

Of course, Trope-Tan knows all

2009 has been full of new yuri (to one degree or another) titles --

Aoi Hana, Sasameki Koto being overt schoolgirl lesbian stories somewhere in the space between Marimite and StoPani,

Saki being full of unsubtle subtext, following on from last year's Strike Witches, which shared a lot of the character design style, and

Played for gag value only in Kämpfer (where all the girls are after our hero -- but only when he's transformed into a girl) and (or so I am led to believe -- if it's there it could only be for comedy purposes) Akikan.

Of these, I've watched Saki, am watching Aoi Hana, and dropped after one episode each Kämpfer and Akikan.

---

Also, reviewing this thread, there hasn't yet been mention of the for-gag-value-only yuri aspect in Soukou no STRAIN. Lavinia the comedy lesbian needs some love.

'Good' is very subjective, but you'll probably like it if you liked Iomo-sama. You'll probably like Chatting at the Amber Teahouse as well.

If it hadn't been Mentioned Yet, Miss Kobiyashi's Dragon Maid is a high recommendation. Though Avoid the Funimation dub.

Holy necroposts, Batman!

In the 8 year hiatus, besides the obvious goggles-on suspects like mahou shoujo, drama or CGDCT series, or odd bits like those episodes of Miniskirt Pirates, Gundam IBO or Shin Sekai Yori the only titles that come to mind with sufficient reputation to add are Sakura Trick, Akuma no Riddle, possibly Pandora (if robosexualists count) and of course Yuri Kuma Arashi -- of which I've only even attempted the last.
