Worried about Skinner, always one of my favorite parts of the franchise.

There are still fans of the X-Files? I thought people hated how it ended.

Re: X-Files Discussion
We had S10 come out in 2015 and it went back to basics and is smoothing out or ignoring some of the problems with S9 while also using some controversial plot lines (Scully's baby) in some effective ways to explore the leads (mainly Scully) in ways we had not seen previously.
I personally enjoyed the whole series, ups and downs. Some dislike the overarching "mythology" arc, but while I concede it became muddled/repetitive at times, I have always tended to like those episodes.
Re: X-Files Discussion
There are a lot of X-Files fans in the world, and I'm one of them. I loved the original TV show, the show peakead around season 4-8, 9 was kinda lame, but season 10 has been really good in my opinion, the only episodes I didn't like were the first one and the last one, but the standalone episodes were just great, and episode 3 was one of the best X-Files episodes ever.
Those new series should be watched mostly for the standalone adventures, the plot has gone in weird directions a long time ago and the story will never be closed: it has been confirmed already that season 11 will end on a cliffhanger.
And Gillian Anderson is still as hot as she was 20 years ago SPOILER: Show

Oh god damn
I didn't even realize there *were* new seasons, just the second movie.

Re: X-Files Discussion
Some of my favorite monster of the week episodes in order of release.
S1_E15 - Darkness Falls (killer glowing bugs)
S2_E15 - Fresh Bones (voodoo in detention camp)
S3_E14 - Grotesque (gargoyle serial killer)
S3_E22 - Quagmire (lake monster)
S5_E4 - Detour (chameleon dudes in woods)
S5_E11 - Kill Switch (computer virus & sexy hacker chick)
Great opening - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDyr1JMNHVk
S6_E13 - Agua Mala (tentacles in hurricane)
S9_E8 - Hellbound (people being skinned)
S10_E4 - Home Again (band aid man)
I'm honestly not a fan of the comedic/meta episodes that many fans love but I should revisit them at some point.
