This is an idea that I've been thinking of ever since seeing Shin Godzilla, and the idea of Hideaki Anno's most unsettling stories crashing together was too much for me to ignore. And, when I thought about the possible consequences of a creature like Godzilla appearing one day in Tokyo-3 - in particular the possible consequences for the relationships between the pilots - I just had to start writing.

Work on You Will (Not) Survive won't be effected by this. If anything, working on two stories seems to be helping my writer's block

Writing looked generally tight to me, but the use of "it's" (contraction of "it is") in place of "its" (possessive form of "it") was very distracting. Easy enough to fix, though.

Will the Evas be able to give Godzilla a serious ass kicking? Overpowered Godzilla *cough*Heisei Goji*cough* is dull and boring and would make the battles heavily one sided.

Godzilla's AT field won't be any more impressive than a Human's, so it won't have any impact on the combat. Rather, its skin is extremely tough, and impervious to most weapons, but the exposed flesh on the back is a different story...

Rest assured, the asskicking will be evenly distributed

Godzilla is too tough for the Evas to walk over, and the Evas, while physically weaker, have the advantage of an AT field, advanced weaponry, support, and fighting in a familiar area.

Later, an army of fookin' God(zilla) Warriors starts emerging from the sea and razing human civilization to the ground with their mouth beams! Nerv is able to capture one before it hatches and it imprints on Eva-02. Asuka names it "Hans-Dieter".

By the time anyone knows what's really going on, the previously unfilmed events of the Nausicaä manga have played out. Anno has won.

I enjoyed that you've done a lot of this from Rei's perspective and thank you for not having it that she has to sleep in a shit hole as I hate that in the anime, manga and rebuild.
