The plot of this game is basically "Super Robot Wars" from a civilian POV. It's a giant robot game but it's not told from the point-of-view of the giant robots, it's about the people on the streets who have to avoid being stepped on while Shinji fights Sachiel, or the Military fights Godzilla.

It probably won't get an english-language release due to the copyright issues involving all the different monsters and robots that make cameos. But the PS4 is region free by default so if you're interested you can ( probably) get it on Play Asia or a similar website.

But hey features Unit 01, Several of the Angels, Shin Gojira, and Annos favorite character Ultraman. So that's neat.

I see Heisei Godzilla, but where's Shin Godzilla?

I haven't seen Shin Godzilla yet so maybe I'm confusing the two. . .
