Me and another Matilda had some fun torturing a PZ IV today, he was rather scared and confused, trying to run away from a tank that can do 25kph on a good day

Loving my fully upgraded T-150. Wish the same could be said for my KV-1S. I don't know if it's because I have yet to unlock the 122mm but, I am absolutely terrible with it. I have ~51% win rate in my T-150 and a 31% with my KV-1S.

To me the 1S just can't take hits, and seems to always catch fire, which is extremely annoying.

You definitely need the 122mm; then you become the destroyer of the worlds. Keep in mind that the KV-1s is more like a medium than a heavy. Try to avoid fire, pop up from corners, plant your shots and get back to hiding, flank & support. The longer you stay alive the better. Especially late in the game with not many tanks left you become a real asset with the gun and mobility. About the fire, well that's Russian tanks for you. Train your crew (Preventative Maintenance, Firefighting) and get a (auto) Fire Extinguisher.

In my experience I've always tried to get shots on the KV-1S because of their 122mm guns and weak armour, they're easy to penetrate but also nasty tanks in general.

Thanks for the tips guys. I'm using the 85mm right now on my 1S. I've never really had an issue with catching fire in a Russian tank at until now so I've definitely started carrying a fire extinguisher on it. I think too that I play it way too aggressively for just having the 85. I play highly aggressive in my 150, more so when I'm top tier and have pretty good success, but then again, it has heavier armor so it can bounce shots more often and take hits a lot better it seems.

I probably should be working on getting my Tiger and JagdPanther, but I'm just having too much fun with my Russian heavies. It's gonna be a long grind to get to tier 7 on the 4 lines I'm going for. Just gotta choose which line to focus on first haha.

I love World of Tanks, but I haven't played it in a year because I never game on my laptop anymore. I thought I was going to have to either wait until I got a new PC or buy an XBox One in order to get a proper big-screen WOT experience. But tonight while I was browsing Gematsu, a WOT advertisement popped up. I instinctively closed it, but just before it vanished I noticed "PS4" in the text. I went to the official website to make sure I wasn't hallucinating, and sure enough, WOT was released on PS4 today!

Hopefully Sony fixed the PS4's download pause so it will pick up where it left off. Usually when I un-pause a download on PS4 the download starts all over again.

Don't have the computer to handle regular WoT but got Blitz yesterday after clearing out the space on my phone, so I missed the window to get the Anko IV Special. My screenname is GR_99.

I recently acquired a KV-1 and installed the 122mm gun on it. This is the first tank I've had since my French B2 on the PC version that I absolutely love. The KV-1's armor is so thick that most shells just bounce right off, and the 122mm gun can really dish out the pain. Sitting out in the open and watching the enemy fire ricochet off your armor is addicting, and I now know why Revolver Ocelot loved the tension of lengthly reloading during a battle. My absolute favorite thing to do with it is go toe-to-toe with another KV-1, get right in their face and see who can kill the other the fastest in a contest of skill. Such a rush!
