Viz's NGE volume 6 not available in US on iBooks?

Viz's NGE volume 6 not available in US on iBooks?

I can't purchase Viz's volume 6 of the NGE manga on iBooks.
Says not available in the US.

Anyone else get this error? Can't even find the volume when browsing iBooks...

All the other volumes can be purchased correctly. What is going on?

Is Viz aware of the issue?
