Purchased my advanced tickets for Rebuild. My buddy in Nagoya bought them, he said they had the Nerv logo printed on them, and next month will be a new design. The back of the tickets has a list of all the theatres that will accept them. They aren't reserved seats and we'd still probably have to wait in line to get into the theatre then get assigned seats (and possibly pay a bit extra for front/center seats).

And here, I was worried about not being able to get tickets the first week of Sept. I hope I don't have to wait in retardedly long lines in order to get into the theatre.

If the first design is the NERV logo, I'm going to guess the second design is the Seele logo.

So how much do advaansu tickets cost?

The second you're out of the theatre, you better get to a laptop to tell us if it's a worthy remake and if Anno's taking it in the right direction.
In my case, I refuse to go easy on the ignorant, regardless of degree. Hitler was ignorant. Joshua C. Whatshisface is ignorant. To me, they're in the same category of ignorant and stupid people who should have been left in some isolated corner of the world where they couldn't bother anyone. --The Eva Monkey

Wurd. But p-ah-lease be certain to not spoil it completely for the rest of us. Boy I hope EM makes an "edict" to everyone in regards to this!!

Stating whether it's worth it or not is sufficient information.

No, I don't speak Japanese, only random phrases and such from watching anime and living with Japanese exchange students that don't speak English, which isn't sufficient. But I'll have a translator with me (rockthing) and they'll be multiple viewings.

Probably not, but I can ask him questions on parts where I'm clearly missing something. I dunno how it'll work, we'll see when the time comes. I don't know how much I'll be able to follow, even after multiple viewings. It may be very straightforward or it may be incredibly confusing.

The main things that I'll want to know about the movie are (1) how it opens and (2) what the music is like.

Hm, my dad is Russian, I think I'll browse that website with Babelfish or get him to tell me it if the site doesn't work. I would never have thought that Evangelion would be such a huge part of a forum in Russia, but I did know that Neon Genesis Evangelion does have Russian subtitles. I wonder if there is a dub in Russian. Then I will haveto make my dad watch it. I put on Elfen Lied once and he told me to take the show off the projector.

Oh, and if any of you didn't catch that, Cthulhu linked to a russian Evangelion site.

Wouldn't be surprised if they did.
