Anyone have English subtitles for the End of Evangelion?

I'm looking for a .srt file(or any subtitle file) for the End of Evangelion translated into English, but so far, I can only find files containing the first half of the movie(up to where Thanatos plays, I think), does anyone have a link/file for either the full movie or for the second half of the movie?
If a king does not lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow?
