^ I've always wanted to watch cowboy bebop, maybe after i finish FMA, i'll give it a watch if its not too long. I jus don't like long anime bc of worthless filler episodes. The only long running series that i ever think ive finished was DB through DBZ through DBGT

Well, you really cannot compare the level of quality Cowboy Bebop has to DBZ. Also, Cowboy Bebop might be only Stand-Alone Episodes, but it's working perfectly due to very intelligent writing. Additionally, CB has only 26 Episodes and is considered one of the best Anime out there. Don't miss out on it because of petty reasons.

Kill la Kill
(Have yet to watch a lot of good animes, Gurren Lagann came close, I loved it but I wouldn't count it as favourite).
And Dragon Ball, although it's the manga that I love.
The reason I love KlK is because it has everything I loved about the first part of Dragon Ball. Stupid comedy, awesome fighting, and even emotive moments. I hadn't encountered that anywhere else (Naruto sux, One Piece is OK).

^ Didn't know that. I haven't watched too much Naruto, but Lee was pretty cool.

As you like Angel Beats! (so do I, but not everyone does), you may be interested to try Haibane Renmei which is a very, very different treatment of a similar underlying theme.

Yeah I don't really care much for naruto but Lee can be a fun character. Is lee's show any good in your opinion? Is it worth checking out?

My next favorite to Evangelion would be Mawaru Penguindrum. It's by the same person that did Utena (although I still have yet to watch Utena...) and I simply love the downward spiral of characters, plot twists that keep me on the edge of my seat, the beautiful emotional soundtrack, and so much symbolism!
Ergo Proxy (fun fact, the creators named it this because it sounded cool; sound familiar?) is a pretty slow going anime, but the mystery and atmosphere is what kept me going. I find it relaxing to watch as bleak as it may be at times, it still has calm effect on me. Some of the characters are pretty humorous given the overall serious nature of the anime too.
Shinsekai yori (From the New World) sure was a surprising gem of the Fall 2013 season, especially when you consider the studio behind it was A1-Pictures. I believe it handled the transition of child to teen to adult of the cast in a way that didn't feel rushed in total amount of episodes being 20 something episodes. My my though, the instrumental soundtrack is so disturbing in some areas, exhilarating, and atmospheric! The ending wasn't quite powerful as I would had hoped but it's okay.
Some honorable mentions to Texhnolyze, FLCL, Steins; Gate, The Disappearance of Harhui Suzimya, and Gunbuster!

"Understanding each other one hundred percent is impossible.
Of course, that's why we spend so much time trying to understand ourselves and others.

Once you're regularly active on EGF, you get an idea of who is using the "Hidden" feature. Irony, eh?

A friend recommended Shin Sekai Yori to me he said that it was a MUST, but I haven't given the chance and now that you an EGF liked it, definitely I'm going to see it.
Oh boy... I knew that I had a reason to be worried while writing that.

SPOILER: Show
Well you see the thing is that, in Latin America the anime adaptation aired under that name and it seems that the name by which is known in North America was Tsukihime, Lunar Legend, so yeah, maybe I said the wrong title.

No, I don't think you understand. There is no Tsukihime anime.
(I know nothing about Tsukihime, either the VN or the anime, I just know it was very poorly received by fans of the game.)
Here lies Squigsquasher.
