Hello Eva fans. Today I made a short Evangelion related video on which I received a lot of positive feedback so I decided to share it here. Enjoy!

Very good. Are the voices taken from another film?

There is another user here who would probably appreciate the video; he did just this, though only in text, barely a month ago, and it appeared to confound everyone who commented - with the exception of Guy Nacks.

Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little.

The voices just sound like the Japanese audio dub of the film.
Good vid though!
Among the people who use the Internet, many are obtuse. Because they are locked in their rooms, they hang on to that vision which is spreading across the world. But this does not go beyond mere ‘data’. Data without analysis [thinking], which makes you think that you know everything. This complacency is nothing but a trap. Moreover, the sense of values that counters this notion is paralyzed by it.

And so we arrive at demagogy. - Hideaki Anno, 1996

That would explain how the audio seemed appropriate, and lined up to the visuals so well.

The video uses the original Japanese dub, this is why it sounds so good.

I went and listened to the English version, and I gotta say: damn! Japan has some excellent dubbing talents in anime, and I was impressed to see that these skills seem to carry over into dubbing over english.
