Where was that? I remember there some like EVA toy ads or something that spoke of 1/8 but I vaguely remember Pen-Pen was like 3/8. So unless Pen-Pen is going to be an EVA pilot I'm not too sure.

And you know (I might get crucifed for this) I actually wouldn't mind if they got rid of Pen-Pen. He's cute but thats about it. He really stood out as a distraction for me when he shows up in End of Evangelion before Shinji chokes Asuka.

If Gainax is the Gainax I know, then there has to be more loli on Eva. It doesn't have loli enough. The girls look mature enough for the likes of Yamaga. Some grade school loli on loli action has the Gainax seal of approval. That's why Touji's sister.

I wouldn't call the main girls in Jinki:Extend loli myself -- they looked well into their teens -- and the minor Japan-side characters were just that: side-characters. And the fanservice was minimal.

The one-shot Sky Girls OVA last autumn came much closer to being loli-Eva (DFC fanservice laid on with a trowel).

There's really no evidence that there will be any lolicon material in Rebuild. This is supposed to once again go against the industry standards, so if there is anything lolicon-type, it will probably be subverted. Even within Eva itself, Rei was considered a sex symbol, and look how that was subverted in EoE.

Ah man, I'd be scared to see what Anno would do with a subversion of the pervesness that is lolicon.

Considering Anno has turned into a perverted old man (Look at some of his most recent productions as proof) maybe he will oblige too. I can easily see him treading onto the loli stage along with making the latest installment of Eva heavy on the fanservice. He probably just wants to make the movies so he can put nipples back on all the girls like in EOE.
