I don't know if i am the only one that thinks like this but...
Big images in the signatures are really anoying to me.
They should have a maximum size like 80x80, just to put a logo or 400x20 to put a nice text, but nothing else.
I hope that someone else thinks the same way.
And to all the members that have big images as a signature:
It's nothing personal!, is just my humble opinion

One of the things I'm considering is prohibiting image based signatures unless they are of an advertisement based nature. For instance, wildarmsheero has an image link to his online comic. I think that is a very appropriate use of his signature.
If people are merely using signatures for quotes and such, that they should limit their signatures to at most 4 lines of text. I think that's reasonable, and should work well.
For now there aren't any big gaudy signatures to speak of, and I don't want to implement more restrictive signature guidelines unless issues arise, or if that is what the members want.
