That's not /w/'s fault. I only re-index the archive once a month or 2, because it takes a little while re-index the database so it's not really worth it unless I have a bunch of new ones. If you look at the filename "1298866106362.jpg", 1298866106362 ms after the epoch (1970) which = Sun Feb 27 23:08:26 EST 2011. It's also pretty rare that a wallpaper shows up on /w/ that isn't already in the archive.
