I'd find that claim to be more noteworthy if she didn't tear apart people as if they were dolls.

I am such a buzzkill that I refuse to answer.

Mostly because I can't determine whether or not a character's status as "designed to be cute" (example 1: Chiyo from Azumanga Daioh) has an adverse effect on said character's cuteness.

Well I can't say that girl with pink hair and an unnaturally and unacceptably big eyes is the cutest I've seen, if you say big eyes and specially coloured hair mean cuteness I'd say Mundane's avatar is a lot more cuter.

Well I'd say Reese Witherspoon is what you call cute... But damn, she's not an anime character. Just forget it.

There are way too many anime characters designed for the sole purpose of being "cute" to designate one as the cutest. Although Chiyo in her penguin suit could easily beat the first picture.
