Since Japan was pretty much ransacked by Second Impact they won't even have to do that. They can just go ahead and say everything was destroyed and save themselves some money by filming it all in NZ.

well the setting is of course Tokyo 3.....i seriously dont care what city they film it in...(Seattle so i can meet the actors...hehe)...as long as they make it look like Tokyo-3
