So the first Japanese space tourist is going up sometime soon, and he has publicly stated now that he is planning on cosplaying a Gundam character while in orbit.

XD There's no need to. Shinji's outfit is like. Random generic boy's highschool uniform #1, whereas the schoolgirl outfits in Eva aren't so common anymore.

Shinji cosplay = white short-sleeve button up, navy blue undershirt, black pants, belt, black and white hightops.

Don't EVA pilots need to be nude so as to not have any interference between mind sets of the EVA and the pilot? Not including the EVA suit of course.
But in some cases like Shinji, he doesn't really need an EVA suit.

Those shoes of his look like an Eastern Asia form of Converse.
That's all I wear.
