Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

Jerry Chu (former intern at Bandai Entertainment) is selling his 1986 Toyota Corolla, heavily modified to be a replica of the AE86 raced by Takumi Fujiwara in Initial D. The car was publicly displayed by Tokyopop at Anime Expo in 2002.

RARE 1986 AE86 Corolla GTS Hatchback for Sale

I really hate to sell the car, but I'm moving to the East Coast and would love to find my baby a new home. The car is fully stripped and track/drift ready. The car itself has been to one Drift Day event but otherwise driven as a daily driver in the San Gabriel area. If you want a car that handles great, fun to drive, and pisses off snooty GTS owners hating on cartoons, this is the car for you. You too can be like Takumi...seriously, I'll even throw in a cup holder.

The car is in excellent condition with a straight frame and no rust.

1986 GTS Corolla Hatchback

'Panda' B/W Paint Scheme
TRD short shifting kit
20V Silvertop Engine
TRD Headers
Stock LSD
Sparco Evo II Racing Seat
Sparco 5 pt Racing Harness
Kouki Front Bumper
Kouki Rear End
TRD Bushing Kit
TRD Lowering Springs
14" Black Watanabes Rims
5Zigen Exhaust System
Trueno Badge
Carbon Fiber Hood
Hood Pins
Carbon Fiber 'bubble' drift Shift Knob
Fog Lights
Blue Neon Undercarriage Lights
Momo Steering Wheel

The car handles extremely well befitting the AE86 name and outputs great power on its hi 20 valve high rev silvertop engine. The engine was expertly installed by a well-respected member of the 4AG community here in So Cal.

Keep in mind that while I did use this car as a daily driver, its really made for the track. The car interior is stripped in an effort to dump excess weight and there are cracks in the dash (ex. No backseats, etc.)

Price is slightly negotiable, but no low ballers please

I have too much anime, yet it's not enough. Anime Addict, if it were a drug; I'd be dead.

It's not pretty enough for me. I will stick with my current dream; a 69 mustang FE 428 Cobra Jet. Black in color with dark blue trim.

Never dream about a car that is unaffordable, but dream up to one that is in your price range.

I never noticed Takumi's AE86 had a Carbon Fiber hood...
In the Anime series, all I thought was the paint scheme was part of the hood.
There was also no hood pins to go with it.
Strange, but those mods are good.
