There is something that i don't understand about that conversation:

Why SEELE says about humanity that we are "the FALSE successors from the Black Moon"?

I guess they say that because the angels were suppose to inherit the earth after first impact, but instead humanity got it.

There is also a black and white moon in Sailor Moon:
