For those who havent seen Gozu here's the deal with the scene I was referring to. You see there's this yakuza guy whose a character in Gozu and for some reason about halfway through the movie he turns into an incredibly sexy female version of himself. Anyway the main character dude who was looking for him and finds his female counterpart eventually ends up having sex with her using panties that have a hole in the crotch, but look out there's a big suprise inside! When he sticks it in something grabs onto him, when he pulls out a hand comes out, and that hand is connected to someone whose now being born into the world. I won't spoil who the hand belongs to for those who never saw Gozu, but you all should check it out because it's more confusing then EVA.

Wow, that movie is on a level of "fucked-up" that competes with the most twisted things my own mind can concoct.
