There is a fan fic that i read about a year ago... and i cannot find it now to share with anyone...
It centered around the events that led to the disappearance of the Second NERV Branch in Nevada... "Commander Essex" was in command of this compound stashed in Area 51... Please help me if you know where this fanfic is or if you have a copy of it...

Took about two minutes. Try a search engine next time. You would be surprised how easy it is to find stuff. I don't read Eva fan fiction, so I can't comment on this particular fic.
