Question: is the acronym SFAiBL going to be added to the chalkboard or at least the Geektionary, or is it too much like the stuff already up there?

I think it deserves a spot in the Geektionary if nothing else, being the amusing phrase by NAW-kun and Reichu that it is.

Someone suggesting doing an April Fools site joke, but I didn't think I'd get away with doing something drastic, so I quickly added a few things to the banner and had it on the site for maybe 12 or so hours.

Not really, I was too lazy to make it look nice but I also wanted it to stick out a little so that it would get noticed, since most of the regulars here probably don't even look at the banner (OMF noticed it).

I noticed it, too (the different handwriting helped). I thought it was an amusing joke.

Question which was maybe addressed earlier: On Firefox and IE, some of the banner for the Forums is cutoff (namely the "Okazu", Hivemind, unicode boobs parts), but I know that at one point, the whole banner was viewable in a certain browser....Why the change? (Are unicode boobs too damn incriminating nowadays?

)

Yeah, I'm having that too. I first thought it was my screen resolution due to a change to my graphics card but now I've found out I wasn't the only one experiencing the problem. What's up?

The phpbb CSS clips it instead of scaling it, so that the image doesn't run off the edge of your browser, since the rest of the layout is sized by the width of your browser. All it's doing is cutting it off at the dimensions relative to the layout.

It always works for firefox, the scaling css at least, but the problem was scaling and being IE compatible, which is why it just clips the end instead of scaling the chalkboard.
