This thread is to post a plot twist or change to the original series or something that would happen out of the blue and turn the Eva world upside down. This is mostly just for fun and to keep ourselves (or if the idea doesn't go over well with everyone else, myself) entertained during this dry-spell of Rebuild 1.0 not being available in the US and Rebuild 2.0 being kept in Anno's beard.

Opening credits.
Gendo, staring at Unit-01: It's almost time... Yui.
Yui, walks from off-screen and stands next to Gendo: Time for what?
Gendo, turns to Yui and smiles: Tea, of course! By the way, Shinji's been whining and complaining again and talking about what a jerk I am, I think he stopped taking his medication...
Yui: Yeah... Last night he called me "Misato"... We should have never decided to adopt.

I know you guys can come up with some crazy/funny stuff, so let's see it!

01 is going berserk against Sachiel. The Nerv staff looks on in awe.

Gendo:"We've won".
Fuyutsuki looks down to Gendo's screen as sees they have just bought a Wii with the highest bid on Ebay.
