For those that enjoy reading other people's thoughts, theories, ideas, interpretations, so on and so forth, and you happen to have exhausted the Written Statements section of the site (I wish), I would like to recommend the following.

The Anime & Manga Wew Essay Archive's Evangelion essay section.

http://www.corneredangel.com/amwess/titles/nge.html

The site has been either down, outdated, or somewhat non-functional for a while. But its back up now, and looks fairly up to date. I can't comment on the caliber of the essays, or recommend any off hand. But if you're interested in reading up a bit, check out this page.

This one made me smile.
The purpose of writing is to inflate weak ideas, obscure poor reasoning, and inhibit clarity. With a little practice, writing can be an intimidating and impenetrable fog!

I believe this guy does an excellent job at explaining the differences in Eva stillshots and stillshots in other anime's. It's also extremely well written.

What is it with people who can't watch serious anime?
